Phil and Dawn Fenn

We are a seasoned, pastoral ministry couple that have been married over 47 years. Ordained in Louisiana in 1981, our history is a diverse one. Our rich experience as pastors and teachers allows us to now bring our gift-mix into a variety of situations where we can touch lives in many levels of crisis and need- spiritual, natural and relational.

We bring our depth of wisdom and counsel to wounded leaders, people in personal crisis and a younger generation in need of spiritual fathers and mothers.

Different seasons bring different assignments and emphasis for us. Our reach includes counseling, teaching in churches and Bible training schools, supporting other ministries, serving in the field of chaplaincy, aiding in disaster relief and working overseas with medical missions organization, Mercy Ships, aboard the Africa Mercy.

Phil, with his reputation for a strong “ministry of Presence”, brings an immediate sense of calm and peace to any situation. Phil will point you toward the promises of God and strengthen you during seasons of waiting for those promises to come to pass.

To make it to the end without falling away will require discipline and fortitude. Phil’s loyal spirit and strong confidence in the Lord will bring strength to those who are faltering, those who need perspective and those who need Hope. His heart of compassion on your behalf, lifted up to the Lord in prayer calms an anxious spirit and creates a blanket of peace for your soul. 

Dawn’s strength lies in her ability to quickly get to the ‘heart of the matter’. Her gift of wisdom speaks to the seasons in a persons life as she ‘sees into’ the deep cries of their heart. 

As a voice of wise counsel, her words bring clarity and understanding, validating and re-establishing for people who they were created to be. After spending time with her, people gain insight on how to position themselves to move forward in their present season according to sound principles.

Dawn’s concise words bring definition and clarity and her positive energy brings a charge that helps people move forward with fresh vision and purpose.
